Jobgether SRL is seeking a remote-first HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit based in Italy. You will work with international teams to align people strategies with business goals, oversee the employee lifecycle, and drive HR processes and analytics in a dynamic tech environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HRBP/HRD roles within international digital or IT companies, strong workforce planning, and a data-driven mindset. Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of successful experience in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital, IT, or product company.
• Experience implementing core employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset; translate HR initiatives into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to evaluating workforce performance.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Resilience, adaptability under pressure and ambiguity.
• Multitasking and prioritization in a dynamic international environment.
• Development-oriented mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Drive HR effectiveness across the core business unit by aligning workforce management, employee development, and engagement initiatives with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to ensure the right people are in the right roles, HR processes are implemented consistently, and employees remain motivated.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing levels, ensuring proper headcount and successful probation completion.
• Develop initiatives to improve engagement, retention and long-term commitment.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning and performance management.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes with compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics such as payroll budgets, turnover, engagement, and loyalty, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Apply compensation and benefits expertise and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Measure manager and employee satisfaction and drive improvements in HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders to solve people-related challenges and achieve business goals.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives with focus on outcomes, priorities and deadlines.
