Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll operations across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement while driving harmonization and process improvements.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager EMEA, this role offers remote work flexibility and exposure to a broad benefits program and a structured career path in a global life sciences company.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• Minimum 7 years payroll experience.
• Expertise in multi-country payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, SAP or similar payroll systems.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high‑risk, multi‑country payrolls across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and filings.
• Validate and correct payroll data; resolve discrepancies.
• Support system upgrades and harmonized workflows.
• Audit payroll records and collaborate with stakeholders.
