Job summary

Headout Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead partnerships in southern Italy, especially Naples and Puglia, with focus on Rome operations.

You will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from initial outreach to signing, launch and growth, reporting to the General Manager for France & Italy. You’ll work closely with Operations, Product, Tech and Marketing to sign new operators, maintain supply quality, and drive growth across Headout’s Italy roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships.
• Experience negotiating deals with local operators in southern Italy is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new supply by identifying operators and signing partnerships.
• Grow and maintain partner supply, improve inventory quality.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, and CX to launch partners.
• Use market data and partner performance to guide focus and changes.
• Collaborate with other teams to unblock projects.
