Job summary

Aira is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist based in Lainate (Milano) to scale customer acquisition across European markets. You’ll report to the global Head of Growth Marketing and collaborate with paid media agencies to plan, build, launch and optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Native.

You’ll keep ad accounts healthy, test new channels, and work with our creative agency to improve landing pages and ad concepts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an agency or ad operations with hands-on campaign building.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Native Ads, including setup, optimization and audits.
• Solid knowledge of conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations, with comfort using AI tools.
• Experience building or optimizing landing pages and working with creative teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Preferred experience in building AI agents; Microsoft Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn; HubSpot and a headless CMS such as Strapi

Responsibilities

• Run acquisition campaigns with our agencies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Native; manage budgets and optimize CPL and CAC.
• Keep ad accounts healthy across platforms; audit structure, tracking, bidding and audience setup.
• Test and scale new channels; define success criteria and decide on scale or stop.
• Improve landing pages and creative; brief creative agency and test concepts.
• Turn data into decisions using HubSpot, Excel and AI tools; maintain dashboards and support budgeting.
