Job summary

Jet, a Milan-based startup, is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing specialist to own paid acquisition and SEO for B2B software. You will optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and new channels, while building automation to reduce CAC and accelerate the funnel.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in paid B2B marketing, hands-on budget management, entrepreneurial drive, and a creative copy/design sense.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid marketing experience in B2B.
• Budgets managed in the tens or hundreds of thousands across Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
• SEO experience in B2B is a plus; strong link-building/authority intuition.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving focus and strong analytics.

Responsibilities

• Explore and optimize paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, other channels) to reduce CAC and improve campaigns.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build new tools to improve efficiency.
• Optimize the acquisition funnel from landing pages to follow-ups and retargeting to sign deals.
