Aira is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist based in Lainate (Milano) to drive growth across European markets. You will partner with paid media agencies to plan, build and optimize campaigns across Search, Social, Display and Native, focusing on CPL, CAC and lead quality.

This hands-on role sits in the Global Marketing team and reports to the Head of Growth Marketing. You will own campaign health, test new channels, optimize landing pages with the CMS and collaborate with the creative agency

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an agency or ad ops role with hands-on campaign building.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Native Ads, including setup, optimization and audits.
• GA4 tracking and analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with AI-assisted reporting.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience in landing page optimization and working with creatives.

As Senior Paid Media Specialist, you’ll run the paid acquisition engine behind Aira’s growth across our European markets. Working day to day with our paid media agencies, you’ll plan, build and optimize campaigns across Search, Social, Display and Native, and drive results against CPL, CAC and lead quality. This is a hands‑on global role in the Global Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and based in Lainate (Milano).

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist based in Lainate (Milano) to help us scale customer acquisition across Aira’s markets. You’ll report to the global Head of Growth Marketing and have global scope. This is a hands‑on role at the centre of our lead acquisition engine.

You’ll work with our paid media agencies to build, run and optimize campaigns, keep our ad accounts healthy on every platform we use, and help us test and scale new ones. You’ll also support landing pages and creative, working with our creative agency to turn insights into better-converting experiences.

Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of our customer base and revenue, and will be fundamental to Aira’s ambition of becoming the leader in clean energy solutions.

What You'll Do

• Run our acquisition with our agencies. Work day to day with our paid media agencies to plan, build, launch and optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Native. Review performance, challenge assumptions and make sure campaigns are built and run to the highest standard. Manage budgets and drive results against CPL, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and lead quality. Support performance of our affiliate partners.
• Keep our platforms healthy. Own the health of our ad accounts on every platform we run. Audit account structure, conversion tracking, bidding and audience setup, follow up on platform recommendations and health reports, and make sure the signals we send support profitable growth.
• Test and scale new channels. Explore, test and scale new platforms and channels, building the test plan, defining success criteria and making clear scale or stop decisions.
• Improve landing pages and creative. Build, test and optimize landing pages in our CMS to improve conversion. Work with our creative agency on briefs, ad concepts and creative testing, and bring performance insights back into the creative process.
• Turn data into decisions. Use HubSpot, Excel and AI tools to create and maintain reports and dashboards, automate recurring analysis and surface insights faster. Track key performance metrics and support budgeting and forecasting.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• 2-4 years of experience in an agency or in an ad operations role, with hands‑on campaign building.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Native Ads, including campaign setup, optimization and account audits.
• Solid knowledge of conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and experience turning campaign data into clear recommendations, with comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting.
• Experience building or optimizing landing pages and working with creative teams or agencies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken both Italian and English, as you’ll work with colleagues and partners across several markets.
• Preferred experience in: building AI agents; Microsoft Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn; HubSpot and a headless CMS such as Strapi
