Pennylane is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help Product teams understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and translate insights into roadmap decisions.

You will use SQL, DBT, Amplitude, and Python with Redshift to build measurable product analytics and partner with Product, Design and Engineering to drive a data-driven culture across Europe.

This role offers remote work within Europe, a competitive package, equity, and a strong onboarding and growth plan.

Competenze

• 5-6 years of experience as Product Analyst or Data Analyst working closely with Product teams, ideally in scale-up environments.

Mansioni

• Understand user behavior across Pennylane’s frontend experiences using Amplitude and our data warehouse to identify adoption patterns, friction points, opportunities and risks.
• Turn behavioral data into strategic insights that inform product roadmaps and decisions.
• Partner with Product leaders to define success metrics and ensure measurements are embedded early in product development.
