Johnson Controls in Milan is seeking a Sales Executive – Marine Automation to lead a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will engage with Directors, executives, and senior technical stakeholders to deliver integrated digital solutions that enhance efficiency and cybersecurity.

Based in Italy with travel across Europe, you will influence opportunities from qualification through value engineering, collaborating with internal teams to shape modern, data‑driven automation offerings.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in marine/offshore automation.
• Proven track record selling complex, high‑value, integrated solutions with long sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capability engaging at Director/executive level.
• Experience managing large accounts and multi-disciplinary deal teams.
• Solid technical understanding of automation systems, digital platforms, and data‑enabled solutions.

Mansioni

• Own and develop a portfolio of Marine, Offshore, and Naval accounts as the commercial lead for Marine Automation and Digital Solutions.
• Drive growth of digital solutions by framing value around efficiency, lifecycle optimization, sustainability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute consultative, value-based selling targeting senior decision makers across shipyards, owners, EPCs, system integrators, and naval authorities.
• Lead complex opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and value engineering with cross‑functional teams.
• Support retrofit opportunities to enable modernization and integration with existing systems.
• Represent Johnson Controls at executive meetings, workshops, and industry events.
