Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Solutions Architect based in Italy to lead end-to-end industrial automation solution design for DCS, PLC, SIS, SCADA across Italy and Europe. You will translate customer needs into effective automation solutions, develop technical proposals, and lead presentations and workshops.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT/IT integration, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, process control systems or OT/IT integration.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design for industrial automation projects.
• Develop technical proposals and solution specifications.
• Support pre-sales activities and customer workshops.
• Act as main technical interface between customers, sales and engineering teams.
• Translate customer requirements into effective automation solutions.
