Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive – Marine Automation based in Milan, Italy. You will manage high-value accounts across Marine, Offshore, and Naval sectors, selling digital and automation solutions to executives and technical leaders.

You will drive growth of Johnson Controls digital offerings, shaping opportunities from early development through delivery, with a focus on cybersecurity, efficiency, and lifecycle optimization. Travel is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years of B2B solution sales experience.
• Experience selling complex, high-value integrated solutions.
• Strong consultative selling with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing large accounts and multi-disciplinary deal teams.
• Solid technical understanding of automation systems and digital platforms.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Mansioni

• Own and develop a portfolio of Marine, Offshore, and Naval accounts, acting as the primary commercial lead for Marine Automation and Digital Solutions.
• Drive growth of JCI digital solutions by framing value in efficiency, lifecycle optimization, sustainability, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Execute consultative, value-based selling with senior decision makers at shipyards, owners, EPCs, system integrators, and naval authorities.
• Lead complex opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and value engineering with cross-functional teams.
• Engage early in project development to support specification, architecture, and design influence.
• Support selected retrofit opportunities aligning with modernization and integration goals.
