Taller Marmo in Milan is seeking a Senior E-commerce Client Advisor and Personal Shopper with a passion for luxury fashion. The role emphasizes creating memorable client experiences, advising on orders and custom creations, and managing client relations across the brand journey.

You will work with Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams, leveraging CRM tools and Shopify knowledge to drive retention, engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Familiar with ecommerce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service throughout every stage of the client journey.
• Advise clients on orders, sizing, appointments and custom creations.
• Manage returns and document activities in internal systems.
• Be Brand ambassador with personalized solutions and trunk shows.
• Participate in brand events and client activations.
• Maintain client care through communications, resolutions and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics for smooth order processing.
• Contribute to RFM and client segmentation strategies to drive retention.
• Engage with high-value clients to support conversion and sales.
• Align CRM initiatives with ecommerce strategy and optimise tooling.
