Burberry in Milan La Rinascente is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury service and build lasting client relationships. You will engage clients with expert product knowledge, tailor styling recommendations, and manage the client journey from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

The role requires passion for fashion, strong communication in Italian (and English preferred), and collaboration within a high-end team to uphold Burberry’s heritage and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a focus on personalised service.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid product knowledge of Burberry collections and trends.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional luxury service and Burberry storytelling.
• Understand client needs and tailor styling recommendations.
• Manage full client journey from welcome to post-sale follow-up.
• Support store operations, stock management and visual standards.
