Mynameis in Milan's flagship boutique is seeking a Senior Client Advisor – VIC & Private Clients to cultivate relationships with Very Important Clients and private customers, delivering an exclusive, personalized shopping experience.

You will grow a high-value client portfolio, attract new clients, and drive sales through proactive clienteling, private appointments and tailored follow-ups, with fluent English and a passion for luxury fashion.

Qualifications

Strong clienteling skills and ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and repeat business.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with international luxury clientele.
Strong product knowledge and appreciation for premium materials and craftsmanship.
Familiarity with CRM systems, personalized client outreach and remote selling.
Discretion, professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
