Philipp Plein in Milan seeks a passionate Client Advisor to deliver a bespoke luxury shopping experience for menswear and womenswear clients. You will greet guests, build lasting relationships, and drive loyalty through clienteling across in-store and online channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in luxury retail, is fluent in Russian and English, with Mandarin or Arabic as a plus, and combines a proactive, sales-driven mindset with exceptional presentation and teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in luxury retail as Client Advisor or Sales Associate.
• Strong clienteling and loyalty-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and omnichannel retail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver luxury client advising and personalized shopping experiences.
• Welcome customers and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive client loyalty through clienteling, CRM, and storytelling of products.
• Manage cash register operations and contribute to client portfolio growth.
• Support stockroom operations and inventory management, maintaining brand standards.
• Assist with online orders and omnichannel activities across digital channels including Farfetch.
• Maintain boutique visual standards and impeccable presentation of sales floor and stock areas.
