Jobgether is seeking an IT Automation & Platform Engineer based in Italy to transform internal IT into a scalable, automated platform. You will architect and operate the business systems ecosystem, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, and collaboration tools.

The role emphasizes API-driven integrations, self-service workflows, AI-powered automation, and Zero Trust security. A senior, autonomous engineer with global teams is ideal for this fully remote position.

Competenze

• 8+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related field

Mansioni

• Architect, administer, and improve internal business systems ecosystem across SaaS platforms
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across platforms
• Build automation tooling and internal services using Python, Go, Bash
• Develop internal CLI tools, automation services, dashboards, bots, and ChatOps integrations
• Design and maintain API-driven integrations using REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks
• Automate CRM workflows, billing data sync, entitlement provisioning, onboarding/offboarding
• Create a golden path for self-service IT workflows and developer-friendly APIs
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflows and AI-powered support
• Serve as senior escalation point for IT support with root-cause analysis
• Operate and improve AWS and GCP infrastructure
• Implement endpoint security and device management
• Manage identity and access with SSO, SAML, SCIM, Zero Trust
• Support security/compliance with ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR
• Conduct access reviews and improve security and efficiency
• Apply reliability engineering with SLIs/SLOs
• Identify and automate manual processes to improve scalability
