Jobgether seeks an AI Integrator based in Italy to turn AI strategies into practical, scalable business solutions. You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows that integrate into existing processes, working with AI agents, copilots, automations, retrieval-augmented systems, and business applications.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary AI teams to ensure adoption, usability, and measurable outcomes while guiding clients through change and new ways of working.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field required.
• 3+ years in process design, systems integration, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, and automation platforms.

Mansioni

• Analyze client workflows and business requirements to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Coordinate pilot implementations with AI copilots, agents, and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to design, configure, test, and deploy tailored workflows.
• Integrate prompts, memories, UI, and AI features into CRM, ERP, and support systems.
• Partner with design specialists to ensure appropriate agent behavior and UX.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and improve workflows post-launch.
• Support change management and client enablement activities.
• Document systems, configurations, and implementation processes for maintainability.
• Coordinate activities across technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet outcomes.
