Jobgether is seeking a proactive IT Systems Support Officer for a fully remote role based in Italy. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems, manage access, assets and system records, and assist with implementations and workflow improvements.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration, cybersecurity support, and continuous improvement initiatives in an international, people-focused environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years in IT support, systems support or similar role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, access, and connectivity.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, system access and related access-control processes.
• Coordinate issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licensing and system records.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions and outstanding issues.
• Assist with new system implementations, software updates and workflow changes.
• Test system changes and workflows to identify issues.
• Identify recurring problems and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge resources and user guides.
• Support cybersecurity, data privacy, and access-control procedures.
