Jobgether is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem, based in Italy, to lead a high-performing partner network across tech and APIs. The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, engineering, and GTM, with responsibility from initial concept through launch and growth in a remote-first environment.

You will identify and prioritize key technology relationships, balance customer demand with strategic value, and influence integration priorities while driving

Competenze

• 4+ years in partnerships, tech or ecosystem roles in startups/scale-ups.
• Proven ability to build or improve a technology partner ecosystem.
• End-to-end partnerships experience from opportunity to launch.
• Post-signature partnership strategies beyond webinars/events.

• Define and execute the technology partner ecosystem strategy based on demand and opportunity.
• Deepen high-priority partnerships and develop tailored go-to-market plans.
• Identify new ecosystem opportunities from idea to launch and growth.
• Build business cases for integrations prioritizing customer and commercial value.
• Create scalable processes to manage the ecosystem and inbound requests.
• Define and monitor ecosystem metrics to guide investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, CS, and leadership.
• Own ambiguous initiatives and drive them from concept to delivery.
