Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a remuneration policy and incentives professional to shape group and company remuneration strategies. You will work within the Office Incentive Systems team to design policies, manage projects across the organisation, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, governance support, and delivering incentive frameworks for sustainable growth in a banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and able to communicate complex remuneration concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of compensation regulation in banking and financial services is required.
• Experience with short-term and long-term incentive schemes is essential.
• Strong written presentation skills with ability to prepare governance materials.
• Analytical skills to measure performance and incentives.
• Experience in a Compensation team within financial services is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support the Remuneration Committee and governance processes.
• Define remuneration policies at Group and Company level.
• Design incentive systems at Group and Company levels.
• Support compliance and audit activities related to remuneration.
• Contribute to development of regulatory-compliant compensation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies and incentives.
