Mercor is seeking senior HR professionals to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design for large employers. You will design reference outputs, rubrics, and HR policies across US and International tracks.

Success requires deep HR leadership experience, familiarity with HRIS/benchmarking tools, and strong履 rubric-writing abilities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in senior HR roles and relevant credentials.

Competenze

• 5+ years as HR leader (CHRO/VP) at a major company or HR consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
• Fluency in HR tooling and methodologies; solid understanding of employment law compliance.
• Credential (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) strongly preferred; rubric/training authorship a plus.

Mansioni

• Construct HR scenarios across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and performance management, and compensation design.
• Build tasks across recruiting, employee and labor relations, compensation, HR compliance, and organizational development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), ATS, and compensation benchmarking tools used in large organizations.
• Apply workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations methodologies to craft reference policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and org design proposals.
• Author rubrics distinguishing genuine HR judgment from rote recall.
