Lever, Inc. in Italy is seeking an HR AI & Automation Operations Lead to design and implement intelligent automation for global HR operations. You will work at the intersection of HR, technology, data and AI in a highly distributed environment.

This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, building end-to-end automated workflows, governance for sensitive HR data, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Engineering, Design and IT.

Competenze

• Experience designing automated workflows across HR processes.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into automated solutions.
• Experience with governance and auditability for sensitive HR data.

Mansioni

• Own automation initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Design end-to-end HR automation workflows across systems (HRIS, payroll, case management).
• Develop multi-agent workflows with retries, guardrails, and human oversight.
• Lead cross-functional change management and training for AI/automation initiatives.
