team.blue in Europe is seeking a Senior AI Data Scientist to streamline HR processes by building autonomous agentic systems across recruitment, onboarding, performance, rewards and offboarding. You will map processes, quantify headcount costs, and design state machines and governance, owning from proof of concept to production.

The role emphasizes deterministic operations over pure ML, end-to-end ownership, tool-calling LLM workflows, cost awareness, risk controls, and collaboration with HR

Competenze

• 7+ years building data and ML systems in industry.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR/AI automation capable of irreversible actions.
• Proficient in Python and ML with production experience.
• Experience with multi-step LLM workflows and orchestration.

Mansioni

• Map HR processes and quantify FTE costs across countries.
• Score automation candidates for impact and feasibility with stakeholders.
• Design state transitions and system call graphs for end-to-end automation.
• Implement guardrails, approval gates, and rollback paths.
• Define human-in-the-loop thresholds and review queues.
• Write evals for generative outputs and guard against bias.
• Wire agents to webhooks with idempotent handlers.
• Decide routing for frontier vs cost-effective steps and prove with data.
