HRIT People is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to own the global HR technology strategy, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central at its core. You will lead a small, high-performing team and drive the HR digital transformation initiative from the ground up.

Hybrid working (3 days per week in office) complements a role offering up to €100,000 with a 10% bonus, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

HRIT People is working with a highly collaborative, forward-thinking organisation that is continuing to invest in its SAP SuccessFactors landscape and wider HR digital transformation journey. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced HRIS Lead to take ownership of the global HR Technology strategy and lead a small, high-performing HR systems team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine autonomy, has real seniority attached to the role, and wants to shape both the HR technology roadmap and the organisation's emerging HR AI strategy from the ground up.

Hybrid working (3 days per week in office), paying up to €100,000 + 10% bonus + car allowance (and other benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global HR Technology roadmap, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central at its core
• Lead, develop and empower a small, global HR systems team, building capability and a strong customer-focused service culture
• Shape and drive the organisation's HR AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases while establishing appropriate governance, risk management and ethical standards
• Partner closely with HR, IT and senior business stakeholders to prioritise, shape and deliver technology improvements
• Lead the digital employee experience agenda, simplifying HR interactions through self-service, automation and user-centred design
• Oversee day-to-day system governance, configuration, release management, reporting and data integrity across the HR platform
• Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships, including budgets, performance and service expectations

Key Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, or demonstrable experience of quickly developing equivalent platform expertise
• Proven experience leading and developing a team in a global or comparably complex, matrixed environment
• A genuine blend of HR business partnering credibility and hands-on technical/systems knowledge
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI and emerging HR technologies, including governance and practical business application
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders
• Comfortable balancing strategic ownership with rolling up your sleeves on delivery
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, or additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g. LMS)
• Awareness of emerging HR technology trends and opportunities to modernise HR service delivery
• Experience operating within a regulated or compliance-conscious environment (e.g. GDPR, audit and security standards)
