Mercor is seeking Consultants to review and refine AI-generated knowledge-work deliverables across decks, docs, spreadsheets, and PDFs. You'll compare variants, select the strongest, and rework to reference quality, citing specific evidence to justify changes.

Strong design sense and ability to articulate improvements are essential. Ideal candidates have a background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work, with keen eye for layout consistency and the confidence to describe what “good”

• Background in design or related field.

• Ability to critique and improve layout, typography and visuals.

• Compare AI-generated deliverables across variants and score on layout, typography, color, domain realism and polish.
