Job summary

adidas in Italy's Lombardia region seeks a Zone GTM Merchandising lead to drive fully localized go-to-market processes. You will own zone category plans, partner with Activation and Sales, and support local teams with forecasts, samples, and sell-through analytics.

Candidate should have strong merchandising, cross-functional marketing experience, and English fluency; Italian market knowledge is a plus. Expect collaboration across European and global teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Merchandising Experience, cross-functional marketing and/or sales experience
• Ideally minimum 2 years of managerial experience
• Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
• IT skills: Outlook and Word basic; Excel and PowerPoint advanced

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creation of Zone GTM plan for the category in alignment with line manager
• Be the Category expert in the Zone with knowledge on trends, competition and market share
• Download and prepare EU & Global BU material during Milestones
• Provide input on forecasting topics and segmentation
• Maintain analytics on sell-in and sell-through performance
• Drive local GTM topics with brand activation and sales teams
• Lead input into EU business opportunities for the Category
• Tailor local sell-in tools to ensure consistency across EU
