adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Leccio, Tuscany to drive store performance and deliver a premium adidas experience. You will partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, coaching the team, and ensuring top-tier service, visual standards, and KPI-driven results.

You bring at least 18 months retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong leadership, and fluent English and Italian.

Competenze

• 18+ months of experience in retail, with supervisory responsibilities or as Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and processes.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver a premium consumer experience.
• Coach and develop team members to hit targets and build capabilities.
• Ensure store processes and standards run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle interpersonal situations professionally and foster a positive team.
• Own specific store initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Step in for the Store Manager when required.
