adidas is seeking a Senior Manager Retail Training for Italy and South East Europe to elevate store team capability and drive commercial learning priorities across owned and franchise stores. You will shape strategy, identify gaps, and lead programs with a mix of methods while coaching regional trainers.

You will partner with senior retail leaders, HR, and district teams to ensure locally relevant, impactful programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in retail with training background.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs.
• Experience coaching trainers in retail/franchise environments.
• Fluent in English; Italian or SE European languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver the retail learning strategy for Italy and SEE.
• Identify capability gaps and design learning solutions.
• Lead delivery of programs across owned and franchise stores.
• Coach and develop retail learning professionals and trainers.
• Build partnerships with senior retail leaders and HR for impact.
• Measure program impact and report progress.
• Manage learning budget, vendors, and partners.
• Support onboarding and ongoing engagement for store teams.
• Lead and develop a team of Retail Training Managers.
• Gather store feedback to inform priorities.
