MSX International in Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose complex vehicle issues, perform root cause analysis, and support dealership technicians across the country. The role offers a competitive salary, a company car, laptop and mobile, travel during business travel, and ongoing training.

Fluent Italian and English required; 2–3 years of field service experience preferred. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver timely technical

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years in vehicle diagnostics, technical support or field service.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Fluent Italian and professional English (B1/B2).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Mansioni

• Support dealerships and workshops with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex technical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and recommend solutions.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and coaching to service technicians.
• Deliver technical guidance and training to dealer network personnel.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports and case documentation.
• Escalate critical issues with internal teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Travel regularly across the assigned territory.
