Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales professional to focus on new logos in Italy. You will directly shape PayPal’s growth by acquiring medium and large enterprise merchants on the Italian market, tailoring solutions to complex business needs and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, influence product direction via merchant feedback, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling complex solutions to large enterprises on the Italian market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to deliver value for PayPal and the merchant.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
