• Experience owning high-value or strategic customer relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for merchants and own commercial outcomes end to end.
• Use AI-powered tools to surface growth, cross-sell and risk signals.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast and portfolio health reporting.
