PayPal is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales professional to acquire new medium and large enterprise merchants in Italy, positioning PayPal as their preferred payments platform. You will drive revenue growth, tailor solutions to complex business needs, and partner cross-functionally to influence product direction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, and act as a trusted advisor to clients at multiple levels, leveraging your leadership in enterprise

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience selling to large enterprises, preferably in payments/fintech.

Aufgaben

• Identify and drive new opportunities on the Italian market, conduct prospecting activities, deliver tailored presentations, and create proposals.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms to deliver value for PayPal and the merchant.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate internally to identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
