PayPal is strengthening its presence in the Italian market by leading local engagement, attending key ecommerce events, and representing PayPal across the ecosystem to generate incremental merchant business.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with priority local developer agencies, and connect agency-generated leads to the appropriate PayPal owners while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, developer relations, or a similar commercial role within e-commerce, fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce payment flows, payment methods, checkout experiences, APIs, SDKs, plugins, and integrations.

• Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.
• Use analytical skills and judgment to recommend best solutions.
• Track lead quality, conversion and incremental business contribution.
