Cap Ingelec in Milan seeks an Electrical Construction Engineer to coordinate and manage our industrial building projects on site. You will lead on-site teams for Electrical (LV/MV) work, from preparatory phases to handover, ensuring budget, schedule, and contractual commitments are met.

We value leadership, diplomacy, and a service-oriented mindset, with fluency in Italian and English. The role is mainly site-based with travel across Italy.

Competenze

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; diplomacy, rigor, and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Mostly site-based role with frequent travel across Italy.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage construction projects for Electrical (LV/MV) discipline from preparatory phase through handover.
• Manage project execution, monitor on-site progress, budget, and scheduling.
• Supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure regulatory follow-up and compliance with standards, organizing handovers.
• Participate in site meetings and liaise with partners.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
