Cap Ingelec is seeking an Electrical HV Construction Manager for Milan-based, site-focused duties overseeing high-voltage electrical projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budget and schedule, and ensure compliance with contract terms, approvals, and HSE rules.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are required, with Italian and English proficiency. Travel across Italy is expected, and the role is primarily on-site near construction activities.

Competenze

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Based mainly on site with frequent travel across Italy.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with diplomacy, rigor and service mindset.

As part of our growth and organizational development aroundmajor industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor, we are seeking anElectrical HV Construction Managerin Milan.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you willcoordinate and manage our construction projects, for Electrical High-Voltage discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), andanticipating technical constraints,
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, andscheduling,
• Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuringcompliance with HSE rules.

With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Recognized for yourleadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combinediplomacy, rigor,and aservice-oriented mindsetand have developedproficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you areopen to frequent travel across Italy.
