CAP INGELEC seeks a Construction Manager to join our team in Italy. The role focuses on coordinating, managing, and supervising construction projects from preparatory phase to handover in line with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE commitments.

The position is primarily site-based with frequent travel across Italy, reporting to the Operations Manager. Strong leadership and fluency in Italian and English are essential to liaise with partners and ensure compliance.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Define methods, operating procedures, resource needs and anticipate technical constraints.
• Coordinate on-site operations, monitor progress, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise site managers and oversee subcontractors.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, approvals, compliance with standards, handovers).

As part of our growth and organizational development around major EPC industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Italy.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints,
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile

With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
