Cap Ingelec in Milan is seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer to lead on-site execution of major industrial building projects, coordinating field operations and liaising with partners.

You will monitor technical progress, budget, and scheduling, supervise subcontractors, and ensure regulatory compliance, HSE, and smooth handovers. Frequent travel across Italy may be required, with work primarily on site.

Competenze

• With a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects.
• Recognized for leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling.
• Supervising subcontractors.
• Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers).
