Cap Ingelec in Milan seeks an Electrical Construction Engineer to coordinate and manage our industrial building projects on site. You will lead on-site teams for Electrical (LV/MV) work, from preparatory phases to handover, ensuring budget, schedule, and contractual commitments are met.

We value leadership, diplomacy, and a service-oriented mindset, with fluency in Italian and English. The role is mainly site-based with travel across Italy.

Competenze

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; diplomacy, rigor, and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Mostly site-based role with frequent travel across Italy.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking an Electrical Construction Engineer in Milan.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects for Electrical (LV/MV) discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising subcontractors,
• Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile

With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
