hlpy is seeking a genuinely senior, hands-on Data Engineer to join our AI & Data team as a peer to our current engineers. You will own models end to end, from raw source to extraction files our contracts depend on.

Design, build and operate dbt models on Snowflake, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with teams across countries to deliver reliable data products for enterprise customers.

Competenze

• 5+ years building and operating production data platforms.
• Hands-on dbt with incremental models and tests.
• Expert SQL on Snowflake with performance tuning.
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster).
• Professional English; Italian optional.

Mansioni

• Design, build and own models across the full stack in a dbt project (~200 models).
• Investigate data discrepancies, publish rules with provenance, and test.
• End-to-end responsibility: scoping, modelling, testing, release, production.
• Migrate legacy logic out of views into dbt without altering customer numbers.
