hlpy is building the future of mobility across Europe. We seek a senior data engineer to own end-to-end data models in our analytics platform, including dbt on Snowflake, CDC from PostgreSQL, and partner data integrations.

You will design and own models from source to extraction files, ensure data quality, and work with teams to define the meaning of numbers. Italian language is welcome but not required.

Competenze

• 5+ years building and operating production data platforms, incl. analytics engineering on a cloud warehouse.
• Deep, hands-on dbt: incremental models, snapshots, tests, and CI.
• Expert SQL on a cloud warehouse (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with orchestration and Git-based delivery.
• Professional working English; Italian welcome but not required.

Mansioni

• Design, build and own models across the full stack in a large dbt project.
• Investigate data events, publish rules with provenance, and ensure testability.
• End-to-end ownership: scoping, modelling, testing, release, and production.
• Migrate legacy logic from views/scripts into dbt without altering outputs.
