team.blue is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our AI & Data function. You will transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets, build KPIs and semantic models, and deliver data products across marketing, product usage, customer care, revenue, and more.

Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will partner with data engineers, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders, working autonomously across multiple domains to produce reliable insights and scalable data solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related data role.
• Hands-on proficiency with dbt and cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling and warehousing.

Mansioni

• Design and build robust dbt models on Databricks to create analytics-ready datasets.
• Define KPI logic and maintain semantic/presentation layers across domains.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver data products.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, and model cataloguing.
