The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in contracts management, with at least 5 years in management. Strong negotiation, communication, and contract software skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Legal, Commercial, or Quantity Surveying).
• 10+ years of Contracts Management experience; governance and compliance focus.
• 5+ years of management experience in contracts teams.
• Proven EPC/EPCI lifecycle knowledge (design, procurement, construction, installation).
• Strong negotiation skills aimed at mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Able to analyze complex contract requirements and identify risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple Contracts Management deliveries at the large EPC level.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal functions and clients.
• Provide manpower and bid forecasts to Business Line Management as necessary.
• Coordinate with Contracts Director on workloads and resources.
• Oversee compliance with McDermott policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely mandatory training for team members.
