Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management.
• Experience with international projects and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractual analysis of tender docs and identify risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with Clients, Partners and Suppliers.
• Provide contractual guidance to Commercial, Tendering, Procurement and Operations teams.
