Nadara is seeking a Grid Manager Onshore to join our Italy team in Milano. You will lead grid connection processes, assess options, coordinate with regional teams, and support procurement with electrical specifications. The role focuses on HV/MV design and ensuring regulatory alignment in Italy.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelors/Master in electrical engineering, 5–6 years in a related role, fluent Italian and English, and a track record in energy projects and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master’s in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full clean driving license; fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage grid connection processes from initial assessment to final agreement with stakeholders.
• Analyse potential connection options, costs, and risks; provide input to risk registers.
• Collaborate with regional teams to design and manage projects for multiple onshore wind/solar developments in Italy.
• Monitor Italian onshore transmission regulatory regimes and regulatory developments for projects in Italy.
• Support procurement during RFIs for electrical stations and main equipment; prepare technical specs.
