Job summary

Nordex Mediterranean region is seeking a Project Manager to oversee execution readiness through to service handover for complex technical projects in the wind energy sector. You will plan, coordinate, and lead the project team, ensuring safety, cost discipline, quality and schedule adherence while aligning with Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE and operations.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in project management on multi‑million EUR contracts, an engineering degree, strong commercial acumen, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management.
• Experience with turnkey projects preferable in wind energy or related energy sectors.
• Proven track record managing multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Hold full responsibility for the project from Execution Readiness through to final acceptance and handover to Service.
• Plan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team.
• Ensure safe and successful project delivery in terms of safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate across Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain and operations.
• Represent the company towards clients and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and technical requirements on site.
• Manage project finances, monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control, identify risks and mitigation measures.
• Handle claims, disputes, contractual negotiations, variations, invoicing and cash collection.
