Job summary

Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to identify and secure growth opportunities in targeted industrial markets, expanding market presence and building robust pipelines with end users and partners.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value across energy, sustainability, and industrial automation, with a high travel load and international stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years of business development in industrial automation.
Proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
Experience selling software and cybersecurity solutions.
Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Identify and develop growth opportunities in targeted markets
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high‑value opportunities
