Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team in Italy. You will drive new business, manage key accounts, and represent our partner's industrial software solutions across Italy's manufacturing sector.

You will sell consultatively, build a strong pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with engineering resources, and travel extensively within Italy to win and renew customers.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record in CAD/CAM, CNC, or industrial software in Italy.
• Experience selling technical solutions to manufacturing companies, direct and via partners.
• Solid pipeline and CRM discipline.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy; hands-on and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers. Prospect, qualify and close new business across Italy's manufacturing industry.
• Sell consultatively. Understand each customer's business case before bringing in technical resources.
• Grow the existing base. Drive renewals, additional seats and modules, and win back lapsed customers
• Lead the market with our partners. Work partners, and take accountability for results across the whole Italian market.
• Make customers productive fast. Coordinate technical presales and implementation with technical teams, and build local technical capability as the business grows.
• Run the business on data. Manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
