JD ROSS in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Product Sales Manager to drive adoption of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Italy. You’ll partner with utilities, developers, EPCs, and commercial customers to bring large-scale storage projects to life, blending technical insight with commercial strategy.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in electrical engineering and a proven track record in technical sales within renewables.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles within renewables or energy storage.
Strong understanding of BESS and/or Solar PV.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Existing network within the energy market (developers, EPCs, utilities, or C&I customers).

Mansioni

Lead the sales strategy for BESS solutions across utility-scale, commercial, and industrial markets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of energy storage opportunities from prospecting through to contract award.
Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Deliver engaging technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
Work closely with engineering, product, and project delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the Italian energy sector.
Drive revenue growth and contribute to expanding market share in one of Europe’s most exciting energy storage markets.
