Opus Recruitment Solutions in Milan, Italy seeks a Product Sales Manager to accelerate the adoption of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Italy. The role combines technical insight, commercial strategy, and stakeholder relationship management to win large-scale storage projects.

You will partner with utilities, developers, EPCs, and commercial customers to bring storage projects to life, while aligning with engineering and product teams to tailor customer solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field relevant to energy storage or power systems.
• Proven track record in technical sales or business development for renewables or energy storage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with technical customers.

Mansioni

• Lead the sales strategy for BESS solutions across utility-scale, commercial, and industrial markets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of energy storage opportunities from prospecting through to contract award.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and project delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the Italian energy sector.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share in Italy's energy storage market.
