LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead the technical delivery and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, grid operators and project stakeholders to ensure on-time handover and robust commissioning.

You will manage O&M activities, perform remote fault resolution, and supervise subcontractors while ensuring safety, RAMS, and compliance across multiple countries.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site are required.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, EMS, HV systems and HSE.

Mansioni

• Handover BESS projects from Sales/Presales after contract signing and review proposals.
• Plan and execute full lifecycle delivery including commissioning, sub-systems, and SAT.
• Lead Operations & Maintenance service management: preventive and corrective maintenance, remote support, site inspections, and safety compliance.
