Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects after contract closure. The role coordinates technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing O&M across EPCs, grid operators, and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Necessary Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE

Mansioni

• Project Handover from Sales / Presales: Take over BESS projects after contract signing and review proposals.
• Project Commissioning Planning and Execution: Manage full lifecycle delivery and coordinate with EPC contractors and suppliers.
• Commissioning & Grid Integration: Develop commissioning plans and validate system integration including BMS/PCS/EMS and MV transformer.
• Operations & Maintenance Service Management: Provide O&M after COD, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, and support annual maintenance planning.
